Bashful is an impressive debut novel by Lo Brynolf. Brynolf’s characters were well developed and the story was full of humor and one-liners they kept me laughing throughout the novel. The story had moments of sweet, funny, serious, and sexy and I was sucked in right from the beginning. Callie is so awkward and relatable and Bash was impossible not to swoon over. The dancing scene was so hot and it made me completely understand Callie’s attraction to Bash.
I can’t wait to see what else Brynolf writes for us in the future. With this as her debut, I’m excited to see what she is able to do as she grows as an author.
lover of all things artistic, Lo grew up performing on stage and in choir and
attended Eastern Michigan University to major in Theater Arts. She now resides
in the same small town that she grew up in with her wonderful husband and three
tiny humans.
This seems like a fun and adorable read.
